Who we serve

From a single rooftop unit to a full shipyard.

Commercial, industrial, and marine sites each carry their own rules, schedules, and stakes. We scope every job to the standard it has to meet, and work around the operation already running inside the building.

  • Office and retail buildings
  • Healthcare and institutional facilities
  • Schools, universities, and government
  • Industrial and manufacturing plants
  • Shipyards and marine vessels
  • Property and facility management
  • Warehouses and distribution centres

How we work

Our three-step commercial process

Every commercial job follows the same disciplined path, so nothing gets missed and everything gets recorded.

  1. 01

    Site assessment

We walk the building, measure the system, and scope the real work. You get a clear plan and a fixed price before anything begins.

  2. 02

    Planned, contained cleaning

We schedule around your operations and seal the work zone. Source removal runs under HEPA-filtered negative pressure, so debris leaves the building instead of resettling in it.

  3. 03

    Documentation and deficiency reporting

You receive before-and-after photos, the cleaning record, and a written report of any deficiencies we find, formatted for your file.
