Our guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning work we perform. If the results don’t meet the standard we promised, we will come back and correct the issue.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every job we do. If you’re not satisfied with the results within 30 days of completion, we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost.
What’s not covered
This guarantee applies to the cleaning work only. It does not cover:
- Changes in air quality or health-related concerns
- Issues caused by factors outside of our control (such as ongoing construction, new contamination, or system modifications after our visit)
- Disputes over the original scope of work if the number of vents or system details were not accurately provided at the time of booking
How to make a claim
If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of your service date. We’ll arrange a follow-up visit to assess and correct the work as needed.
